With effect from 1 March 2019, AA Membership e-cards will be used in place of physical cards.
You can access your AA Membership e-card via the AA Singapore app from 1 March 2019.
As part of our commitment to protect our members’ data and in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we will cease the use of the old membership card which reflects your NRIC by 31 August 2019. Your current AA Membership card shall be valid until then.
However, we would encourage you to access the new AA Membership e-card from 1 March 2019 onwards to start enjoying greater convenience and benefits sooner.
Once you have successfully accessed your e-card, please cut your old AA card in half and dispose of them straight away to protect your personal information.

With effect from 1 March 2019, the AA card will be in digital format and members can access their AA Membership e-card via the free AA Singapore app at no cost.
The e-card aims to provide greater convenience. With it, AA Members can enjoy the full range of AA benefits anytime, anywhere, locally and overseas without worrying about misplacing the card.
As an added benefit, you may choose to purchase a personalised AA Membership NETS FlashPay card at a fee of $5.35 (Note: The card’s stored value will be $0). The NETS Flashpay card will be available for purchase soon.
The AA Membership NETS FlashPay card will allow you to enjoy the same fantastic membership privileges, and you may use it for your daily transport and retail needs, including payment for public transport, shopping, ERP and CEPAS-compliant carpark charges.

Yes, the service policy governing the use of your AA Membership still applies. Your e-card is personal and non-transferable. You are required to show your e-card to our recovery crew for verification upon their arrival before service can be rendered.
You may also be required to produce your Driving Licence or NRIC for additional verification if needed.

AA Members will need to access their new AA Membership e-card via the AA Singapore app and discard the old AA Card in a secured manner.

Existing Members will be informed of their new membership number via mail between March to May 2019.
Once your membership has been processed, you will receive a letter containing your new membership number. After which, you will be able to use your new membership number to access your AA Membership e-card through the AA Singapore app.
You can retrieve your new membership number from the AA Singapore app. Just click “Forgot my membership number” at the log-in page.
Please input your ‘NRIC’, ‘mobile number’ and ‘postal code’ into the three-step verification fields as per your last updated records with us.
Note: Please ensure that your particulars are up to date.

With effect from 1 March 2019, all AA Membership cards will be digital. Please access your e-card via the AA Singapore app on your smartphone. Upon attaining your Life Membership status, a notification letter will be sent to you and your membership status on your e-card will be updated accordingly.

Yes, simply flash your e-card at any Caltex petrol stations in Singapore to enjoy the discount.
Terms & Conditions
- The cost of $5.40 (with GST) is inclusive of the personalisation cost and one NETS FlashPay card only. The NETS FlashPay stored value will be at $0.00.
- In event of card loss, each replacement card cost $5.40 (inclusive of GST). The NETS FlashPay stored value will be at $0.00.
- The personalised AA Membership NETS FlashPay card will reflect your Name, Membership No, Membership Type and your current membership expiry month.
- Upon successful payment, the personalised AA Membership NETS FlashPay card will be processed and mailed to your address within 10 working days.
- Upon renewal of your AA Membership, the membership expiry will be updated in your AA Membership e-card. There will not be any auto re-issue of NETS FlashPay card.
- In event of faulty NETS FlashPay Card, members can visit the NETS Customer Service Centre at 298 Tiong Bahru Road #06-01 Central Plaza Singapore 168730 to request for refund of the remaining stored value subject to NETS FlashPay Terms and Conditions.
