Dear Members

Singapore has recently announced the easing of community and border measures. While this represents a significant step to everyone, the pandemic is not over and we need to remain vigilant and respond decisively as we navigate through the pandemic.

At AA Singapore, we recognise the risks ahead and continue to take necessary precautions. We have adapted to the constraints imposed by the pandemic and we continue to operate our Vehicle Recovery Service / Roadside Assistance Service with our practice over the last 2 years.

In order to safeguard the well-being of our AA Members, we have been implementing the following measures and will continue to do so:

• To discontinue our practice of allowing car owners into the cabin of our recovery trucks and ferrying Members to their destination while their vehicle is on tow.
• Members are advised to remove all their valuables in their vehicle before the tow.
• Car owners will be asked to assist to start the engine of their vehicles for jump-start and battery replacement cases.
