Responsibilities
- To receive and make inbound and outbound calls from/to customers
- To perform job order taking/entry related to vehicle breakdown
- To accurately capture and submit job order via GPS/CAD system
- To liaise with contractor when there is a need to utilize their services
- To handle all calls in a professional and courteous manner
- To attend to customers’ complaints and escalate complaints to supervisor, if necessary
- To perform credit card sale transactions when required
- To undertake adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Min. qualification of ‘N’ level and above
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience in Customer Service
- Good computer and communication skills will be advantageous
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Graduates with positive attitude are welcome to apply
