This is a Personal Accident insurance policy which provides compensation for the following as a result of an Accident occurring Overseas whilst the Insured is driving or mounting onto or dismounting from a Motor Vehicle.
12 months worldwide coverage (excluding Singapore & Insured’s Home Country).
If the Insured shall sustain Injury which results, solely and independently of any other causes, in death within twelve (12) calendar months from the date of Accident, the Company will pay for the amount for Accidental death as stated in this Certificate of Insurance.
If the Insured shall sustain Injury which results in Permanent Disablement falling within one of the categories listed in the Permanent Disablement (Scale of Benefits Table) within twelve (12) calendar months from date of Accident, the Company will pay the percentage of Sum Insured as stated in this Certificate of Insurance
Singapore Permanent Residents or Foreigners holding valid Singapore employment pass/S-pass/work permit, holding valid Singapore Driving Licence and permanently residing in Singapore.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Given that the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Alternative Arrangements for Meetings for Registered Societies) Order 2020 (the ‘Alternative Arrangements Orders’) issued on 27 April 2020, which enable registered societies to convene, hold or conduct meetings through electronic means remains valid until 1 July 2023, the following arrangements will be adopted for the Annual General Meeting:
a. A Member will not be able to attend the AGM in person. A Member may only attend the AGM by observing and listening to the proceedings of the meeting by electronic means. Members who wish to attend the AGM must pre-register at the pre-registration website at http://www.aas.com.sg/agm2023 by 4 May 2023 to enable AA to verify their status as members and for meeting details to be sent to the Members.
b. A Member may submit questions / AOB to AA via email to [email protected], by post or by hand. The questions / AOB must reach AA by 5:00 PM, 9 May 2023.
